This particular motor is one. And you can run them via USB or some simple pin commands. As you can see by the e in model number, this one is an enhanced more accurate rotational positioning. This is a 564 servo, both when I bought it and currently.

It has been used, thus the expected scratches and scrapes in paint on aluminum shell, but all of that is cosmetic. There are also some dings in the end of steel shaft but mating surface is excellent condition and again, will not affect use. It is one of the most powerful servos they make in class their motors with biggest stack and almost 8 pounds by itself.
